Our client needed relevant marketing expertise to develop and implement a local subsidiary strategy
The client required increased brand exposure in the UK market and a UK-focused website with an appropriate tone of voice, as well as the launch and promotion of two UK funds.
The new strategy would additionally have to comply with rigorous governance and process requirements from the client's parent office.

Our first step was to closely collaborate with the client's Head of Distribution to implement robust, scalable marketing infrastructure. Through careful research, we determined impactful themes and styles to focus resources on.
We then worked to craft a distinctive UK tone of voice, which nonetheless remained consistent with wider group brand guidelines. The development of a range of marketing collateral materials and a new website followed, alongside management of a marketing campaign to promote funds in the UK.
