What’s your role at White Marble?
I’m a Marketing Intern and have just joined the US team after working in the London office for a few months. I primarily help out with the internal marketing of White Marble as we build our presence in the United States.
What prior experience do you bring?
I have more traditional marketing experience, having completed a year in industry in the Film Department of Warner Bros. I’m a recent graduate of the University of Exeter, and also run a jewelry ecommerce brand that I founded two years ago which is where a lot of my hands-on experience comes from.
What’s your favorite hobby or pastime?
I absolutely love cooking. It’s what I do to relax – my family know that no one else is allowed in the kitchen when I’m home! Apart from that, my weekends are spent wandering around art galleries and independent shops.
What’s a fun fact about you?
I love to paint and had a wall mural painting business for a while. I was actually planning to study Fine Art at university instead of Business, but changed my mind at the last minute, which I’m definitely glad about now!
What’s a pet peeve of yours?
Putting dirty mugs in the sink when there’s an empty dishwasher right there. It’s just so illogical and confusing to me.
What can’t you live without?
Canvas (is it sad to say a work tool?). Honestly, I couldn’t get anything done without it.
