Since 1962 D&AD, an education charity, has been awarding excellence in design and art direction. The winners at the recent 2022 awards have again highlighted truly outstanding campaign ideas, as they do every year. We have a picked a few of our favourites that demonstrate impressive problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking.

Samsung iTest – DDB (New Zealand)
It takes guts to take a pop at your direct competitor. Even harder to do it on your competitors’ own platform (and then get true Apple fanboys to promote it too!) But Samsung have done just that with their iTest website: it allows you to test-drive a Galaxy phone, on your iPhone.
