What’s your role at White Marble?

As White Marble’s newest Marketing Assistant (although you don’t stay the new face for long), my role so far has been to help support and manage projects across social media, brand articulation, and web development – all whilst asking a lot of questions and ‘trying’ to limit my overuse of smiley faces and exclamation marks! I’m enjoying learning more about the industry and marketing as a whole, and am looking forward to continuing to hone my skills as I develop! 😊

What prior experience do you bring?

I entered the world of financial services when I joined AXA Investment Managers as part of their Global Retail and Wholesale marketing team, where I primarily worked across the three global retail campaigns for fixed income, thematic equities and RI. My biggest highlights were launching their retail education platform and managing their post-pandemic flagship RI event. Whilst at university, I also focused my dissertation on the future of RI from the perspective of young investors… although this wasn’t as uplifting as I’d hoped!

What’s your favorite hobby or pastime?

Ever since I was tiny I’ve had three loves: musicals, painting and – of course – shopping! While I’m a firm believer in treating yourself, I did have to watch Confessions of a Shopaholic recently to help curb my habit!

What’s a fun fact about you?

I find tea and coffee disgusting and don’t drink them, despite having given in to peer pressure and sampled them many times. This always seems to surprise people, and I’ve often been asked how I function without them.

What’s a pet peeve of yours?

People who don’t try new foods – grow up! I make an exception for super spicy foods, as I can’t handle them myself.

What can’t you live without?

I know it’s sad, but the answer has to be my phone. I’m a classic member of Gen Z so it can never be far away.
