What’s your role at White Marble?

My role at White Marble is a Consultant.  This role consists of working on client projects spanning multiple disciplines throughout the business.

What prior experience do you bring?

Before joining White Marble I studied for four years at Loughborough University, leaving with an Undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Work Psychology. I am keen to make use of the unique understanding of human behaviour and interactions within organisational settings established by my Psychology background in my current role.

What’s your favourite hobby or pastime?

I love being around my friends, whether that be going to a new food spot, going on runs, or having one too many at the weekend. I’m lucky enough to have found some of these great friends at White Marble!

What’s a fun fact about you?

I managed to get into an international athletics competition (I came last, but oh well), and thus have adopted the self-proclaimed title ‘Lizzie Hughes, international athlete’. The name is yet to stick but I’m working on it.

What’s a pet peeve of yours?

People who come back from nights out singing the worst songs at the loudest volume humanly possible. Enough is enough. I don’t want to wake up at 4AM to a rendition of Sweet Caroline sung by the entourage of ‘Mike’s stag do’.

What can’t you live without?

My bed. I’d say one of my true passions is laying in bed for ungodly amounts of time and watching things on the TV. Some may call me a slob, but they don’t understand.
