Following research with industry experts and feedback from delegates, we are delighted to launch the Fund Marketing Network’s Future Leaders Programme. This 5-month course is aimed at bridging the gap between the Fund Marketing Academy and the Fund Marketing Leadership programme.

As part of our ongoing efforts to elevate and strengthen marketing within investment management, we learnt that there is a need for training and skills development as marketeers prepare to take the step up to leading bigger teams, or departments.

This programme is ideal for those who have managed small teams and will equip them with essential knowledge about the industry, as well as the necessary skills to communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders in their businesses. It will also provide insights on the latest and future trends in the marketing environment, whilst enabling future leaders with the tools to develop strategic planning techniques.

The course consists of five full-day workshops run over five months, from November 2019 – February 2020 and – similar to other Fund Marketing Network programmes – is fully accredited by the CIM.
