White Marble and tml Partners brought together senior marketers in investment management to discuss the importance of nurturing and promoting culture, which can serve as the cornerstone of authentic sustainability credentials.

We sought to outline the key characteristics that marked true sustainability leaders out from the crowd. As features such as TCFD reporting, UK Stewardship Code adherence and the integration of diversity and inclusion policies become the industry standard, the one differentiating factor still available to brands is culture. Indeed, we have observed that many of the brands renowned as industry sustainability champions are those that also enjoy a reputation for a robust, clearly-articulated culture.
