Information architecture

We spend time with you and your stakeholders to understand the types of users your new site needs to cater for and the typical things they should be able to do on your website.

We then work with you to prioritise these use-cases. From this, we create a sitemap and navigation system.


Wireframes and page designs

We translate use-cases and user stories into basic page layouts. These wireframes do not feature any brand colours, images or draft copy, so the reviews remain focused on what the user should see or do at any given moment.

Once wireframes are agreed, we convert these into fully realised desktop and mobile page designs.


Messaging and website copy

Alongside the wireframes and page designs we draft website copy that captures the essence of your business in the concise way that digital mediums demand.

Working with your team of stakeholders, we revise the copy through various rounds to ensure it encapsulates your business and culture. 



Once page designs are signed off, we move into the 'build' phase.

We build a draft version of your new website and populate it with placeholder copy for further testing and copy tweaks.


Testing and go-live

Once all the copy tweaks are finished and final images are placed, we move into the user-acceptance testing phase. We test typical user journey flows throughout your website looking for any last-minute bugs and formatting adjustments.

Once the website has passed all testing, it's time to push your new website live.


Post-live support

All our website builds include 30 days of bug fixes, should any little tweaks be needed post-live.

In addition to this, we also offer ongoing website support packages for clients who have built their sites on WordPress.
